Based in Náoussa, Markovitis is a family-owned winery currently led by Marcos Markovitis. Formely known as Château Pegasus, Markovitis was one of the first producers in Greece to practice organic viticulture. This exquisite rosé is made from the Xinomavro grape, using the saignée method. It is a well-structured and spicy wine, boasting notes of pink grapefruit, herbs and floral elements. A must-try.
