Black Tulip (Kosher) 2021

Black Tulip 2021 (Kosher) is a full-bodied, Bordeaux-style red wine from the Jezreel Valley of Galilee, Israel. Tulip Winery is the largest boutique winery in Israel, located in the small pastoral settlement of Kfar Tikva. Founded in 2003 by the Itzhaki family, Tulip integrates wine production with social responsibility. The Black Tulip is the jewel in the crown, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Each variety is vinified and aged separately for 6 months. After blending, the wine is matured for 18 months in French oak barrels. The result is rich and full-bodied expression, with notes of dark chocolate, coffee and spices.
