Blanc de Lynch Bages 2016

Château Lynch-Bages Blanc de Lynch-Bages 2016 is a full-bodied, blended white wine from the Pauillac appellation of Bordeaux. Château Lynch-Bages is one of the finest estates in the Pauillac appellation, known for producing wines that combine structure and elegance. Since 1939, the estate has been successfully run by the Cazes family, who also owns other properties in Bordeaux such as Château Haut-Batailley. The 2016 estate white is a blend of 52% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Semillon and 18% Muscadelle. "This is really excellent with sliced apples, lemon rind, minerals and stones.
