Bollinger Vintage 2003

Bollinger Vintage 2003 is a vintage blanc de noirs Champagne produced in Aÿ, France. Champagne Bollinger owns 178ha of vineyards, of which 85% are in Grand Cru and Premier Cru villages. The house style is dominated by Pinot Noir and the wines of the house display fine structure and complexity. This 2003 vintage bottling is produced from 63% Pinot Noir from Aÿ and Verzenay, and 37% Chardonnay from Cuis. It was aged on lees for three years before being disgorged with 8g/l of dosage in spring 2007.
