Originally founded in 1900, Domaine Paul Pillot is one of the finest Burgundy producers from Chassagne-Montrachet. The estate is currently led by the young sibling team Thierry and Chrystelle Pillot, two of the most talented winemakers in the region. This release is their Bourgogne Blanc from the 2016 vintage, exhibiting a slightly smoky nose and broad fruit on the palate.
