Lucien Le Moine is an independent négociant house set up in 1999 by the wife-and-husband team Mounir and Rotem Saouma. All of their wines are produced in very small quantities and with minimum intervention. This release is a 2015 Beaujolais from one of the region’s 10 crus, Brouilly, presented in a magnum format. Expect notes of ripe berries, liquorice, sweet flowers and spices. The tannins are velvety, and the finish is persistent.
