Chêne Bleu takes great care in crafting Le Rosé, prioritizing both environmental sustainability and consumer satisfaction. This exceptional wine is meticulously created by gently pressing old-vine Grenache alongside Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, and a touch of Rolle (Vermentino). The fermentation process takes place over three weeks at low temperatures, ensuring optimal flavour development. To maintain its vegan-friendly status, the wine is fined using organic green pea powder. Le Rosé boasts a luxurious texture, remarkable complexity, and a lingering finish, making it the perfect gastronomic companion year-round.
