Dixeebe is the latest mezcal brand crated by the father-and-son team Valentín and Asís Cortés, who are based in the Santiago Matatlán region of Oaxaca. Espadín was one of four Dixeebe expressions released as part of their launch in March 2022. It is a fairly soft mezcal, showing notes of fresh herbs, some tropical fruits, citrus and umami.
