Distilled at Glentauchers in 2008, this Speyside single malt was aged for 14 years in a refill bourbon hogshead before being bottled by independent bottler North Star in 2022. The nose is dominated by aromas of vanilla and green apples, while the palate is rich and full-bodied with notes of toffee, honey and a hint of peat smoke. The finish is long and warming, with a subtle spiciness.
