This Riesling is sourced from vineyards situated on some of the most precipitous and rocky terroirs, characterized by red Quarzite, a robust volcanic soil. This firm material imparts the wine with a distinctive, slightly bitter, and salty minerality, complemented by delicate notes of apricots and peaches. The grapes underwent fermentation in stainless-steel tanks with temperature control. The lively freshness, coupled with a hint of residual sugar, renders this wine an excellent match for Asian cuisine and freshwater fish.
