Irrewarra Pinot Noir 2021 is a full-bodied red wine produced from Pinot Noir grapes in Victoria, Australia. Irrewarra is the new cool-climate project of Nick Farr of By Farr in Geelong. Unlike at By Farr, the fruit for this sappy, red-fruited Pinot Noir is 100% destemmed to ensure the delicate character of the cool vineyard area is not masked by additional tannin. This wine was aged in a combination of new and used Allier oak barrels for 18 months.
