Housed in a restored 19th-century farm steading, Kingsbarns is a relatively new whisky producer, which launched its inaugural single malt ‘Dream to Dram’ in early 2019. The distillery is run by the Wemyss family, whose mission was to create a range of spirits that reflects the provenance of its location. This particular expression was matured in a single ex-bourbon cask for 7 years. Bottled at 46% ABV, it is a nuanced single malt, combining notes of toasted nuts, tropical fruits, vanilla and floral undertones.
