Château Labégorce-Zédé 1983 is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. A fully mature Margaux, with lovely notes of ripe cherries, pencil shavings, unsmoked oak and a touch of green mint. Overall, a very impressive expression and clearly showing the longevity of the vintage.
