Based in Beaune, Lucien Le Moine is the prestigious négociant business run by the husband-and-wife team Mounir Saouma and Rotem Brakin, both of Lebanese origin. Their mission is to produce expressive, terroir-driven wines of exceptional purity. All the wines are sourced after fermentation, and they are focused on the élevage period of winemaking. This particular cuvée comes from ‘Le Porusot’, a 11.4-hectare Premier Cru vineyard located in the central section of the Meursault commune. The 2020 vintage is still in its prime youth and will benefit from a few years in the cellar before being opened.
