Domaine de la Sénèchalière Miss Terre 2020 is a medium-to-full-bodied dry white wine produced from organically farmed Melon de Bourgogne grapes in the Loire Valley of northern France. Winemaker Marc Pesnot learned his craft from some of France`s most-revered natural wine producers, including Lapierre, Overnoy and Gramenon. He works with 20 hectares of vineyards located in Saint-Julien-de-Concelles. Miss Terre is Pesnot`s love letter to Muscadet. Made with extended lees ageing, this wine is textured and creamy with well-integrated acidity and hints of spice.
