Morris Signature Australian Single Malt

The Australian spirits industry is experiencing a real boom in the last few decades. Since 2014, its footprint has grown from just 28 distilleries to now over 350, with more than 60% of these based in rural and regional areas. Rutherglen Distillery is based in a small town north-east of Melbourne and named after the eponymous Scottish town. Their ‘Signature’ expression has been recognised for its premium quality, receiving accolades at several prestigious award shows. Bottled at 46% ABV, this is a well-rounded dram, with notes of zesty marmalade jam, cocoa, dark berries and nuts.
