Planeta Santa Cecilia 2020 is a full-bodied red wine produced from Nero d`Avola grapes in Sicily, Italy. Santa Cecilia is Planeta`s flagship red cuvée, representing Sicily`s signature red grape variety. Produced from vineyards in the south-east of the island in the DOC of Noto – Nero d`Avola`s original home – this cuvée was matured in fine French oak barrels for 14 months before bottling. Expect power, elegance and exceptional balance, with plush notes of plum and chocolate-covered black cherries, and hints of graphite and tobacco spice.
