Rathfinny Blanc de Noirs 2018 represents the estate`s second vintage of their signature blend, featuring hand-harvested Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes. This superb English fizz undergoes a maturation period of 36 months in the bottle. Founded in 2010 by Mark and Sarah Driver, Rathfinny is a family-owned wine grower and producer nestled on a south-facing slope in the South Downs. The unique combination of climate, chalky soil, and vineyard orientation makes it an ideal location for cultivating grapes destined for the production of world-class sparkling wine.
