James

My name is James and I am from a small town just outside of Belfast in Northern Ireland. 

Prior to joining Hedonism Wines, I had spent just over eight years working for an award-winning wine merchant based in Belfast. After graduating with a degree in Geology, I secured a part-time role delivering wine. I quickly worked my way into management whilst also discovering a passion for fine wine and eventually becoming the store manager. 

I decided to move to London in August of 2021 to join Hedonism Wines, the centre of fine wines and spirits. Joining Hedonism was the dream job for me, to be surrounded by the most knowledgeable of staff in the industry as well as the best wines and spirits in the world, it was the perfect move. Every wine and spirit has a story, being able to relay this to the client is both fulfilling and rewarding. 

On my days off you'll find me exploring restaurants (and their wine lists!) in London and nearby cities.
