There has always been something about wine and spirits that has fascinated me. Since I was able, throughout university and onwards, I have worked and managed bars and restaurants, and have enjoyed nothing more, in my free time, than the dinner table, adorned with food and good drinks, surrounded by friends and family. Part of that has always been a desire to find the drink that a person will love the most - everyone has those click moments in their relationship with wine, and I love to provoke that.

After my law degree, I managed restaurants and wine bars, gaining qualifications in wine and broadening my knowledge. The more I worked, the more my passion grew, and in 2020, I decided that there was no better home for me than Hedonism Wines. I have been in love with my job since - tasting some of the most legendary wines and spirits to exist, surrounded by a smart, passionate and eminently able team.

I sincerely believe that one of the most important parts of wine is the narrative behind it - whether that's the generations of knowledge that have been passed along, the turbulence and history of wine regions, and those peculiar nuances that led to the liquid that sits in front of you. So whilst I love producers who have pushed boundaries like Gravner, Raúl Pérez, and Selosse, I believe there is always a place for the greats, such as Cheval Blanc, Leroy, DRC and Biondi-Santi with their accumulated wisdom.
