Into the vines and wines since the end of 90's back home in Sardinia where i grown up with my family. 

I've been in the hospitality industry as part time job till my graduation in Science of the Communication and Journalism, and right after i moved to London 11 years ago focusing my career in the food and beverage. 

Let's say that my hedonistic side prevailed.

Being inspired after a year in a creative restaurant by a friend and mentor in the London scene i then decised to put myself throught the Sommelierie, studying and growing profesionally in differents, attractives venues of the City.

After almost 5 years in one of the best Private members club which allowed me a big step up in the wine world and thanks also to the studies with Court of Master Sommelier and UK Sommelier Association, I've then switch to the retail industry where i'm now standing, working and learning in the best wine shop of the world. Another journey into wines and spirits!
