The base spirit inside Clase Azul’s collectible decanter is of uncompromising quality, derived from organically farmed 100% blue agave which is aged for a minimum of six to eight years before being cooked in old masonry ovens, slowly fermented and distilled. Finally, the spirit is barrel-aged in a variety of vessels, from ex-Bourbon casks to wine barrels, to create Clase Azul’s impeccable range of Tequilas.
