Along with Dassai, Kubota is another range of sakes from the famous Asahi Shuzo brewery in Niigata Prefecture. Kubota was the original name of the brewery and the brand helps to ensure that aspect of the company's heritage is kept alive.
The Kubota Junmai Ginjo and Junmai Daiginjo are crisp, elegantly fresh sakes that will appeal to anyone who enjoys a more elegant brew, limited edition Seppo Black is produced according to the Yamahai method and Tokugetsu is a super premium sake made with rice polished to just 28% of its original size.
