A small but perfectly formed 3cl bottle of single barrel rye from Distillery 291, based in Colorado. The spirit is made with a mash bill of 61% malted rye and 39% corn. Following distillation, it is allowed to age in American white oak casks for a year and is finished with aspen staves before being bottled.
