Quintarelli Amarone Classico 2006 is a full-bodied red wine from the Valpolicella region of northern Italy. Giuseppe Quintarelli is generally regarded as the `father of Amarone`. Until the time of his death in 2012, through his painstaking attention to detail through every stage of the winemaking process, he defined a style of Amarone which has made his wines among the most sought-after in the world, and which elevated him to the pantheon of great winemakers.
