Anysbos is an independent, family-owned winery located in the Bot River region of South Africa. One of their most interesting releases from the 2021 vintage is `Disdit`, a blend of 57% Chenin Blanc, 15% Grenache Blanc, 15% Marsanne and 13% Roussanne. Chenin Blanc, with its vibrant acidity and range of flavours, forms the backbone of the blend, while the other white grape varieties add additional layers of aromatics and texture.
