Aubert was founded by winemaker Mark Aubert and his wife, Teresa, in 1999. They meticulously select and farm their vineyards to produce fruit of exceptional quality, resulting in wines that display depth and complexity. Located in what is known as the ‘golden hills’ of Forestville, the Lauren Vineyard features Aubert’s favourite clonal selections of Chardonnay, and typically produces some of the most concentrated wines in their portfolio. The 2021 vintage will retain its youthful and exuberant character for numerous years ahead, but also age gracefully.
