In this elegant 2018 vintage from Vietti, 100% Nebbiolo grapes are selected from old vines in the historical Cru Brunate, located in La Morra, on the south side towards Barolo. Aged for around 32 months in barriques and large oak barrels. Powerful on the nose, with fruity notes of plum and citrus, spicy with violet nuances. Full on the palate with soft, velvety tannins and a liquorice root dusted finish. Pair with red meats and game based dishes.
