Cantina Paolo Scavino Barolo Cannubi 1997 is a full-bodied Nebbiolo red wine from the cru of Cannubi in the Barolo appellation of Piedmont. Enrico Scavino has for decades been a tireless seeker of refinement of his family`s wines, even designing a bespoke fermentation vessel used exclusively for his Barolos. Each of the family`s Barolo vineyard parcels is vinified separately, allowing them the greatest possible control over the final wine. Enrico is now supported in the running of the business by his daughters Elisa and Enrica. "Dark ruby red colour. Very rich aromas of wild berry, plum and mushroom turning to grilled meat.
