Established in the 18th century, Domaine Michel Lafarge is a family-owned wine producer based in Volnay. Currently managed by Frédéric Lafarge, the domaine is well-known for producing some of the greatest traditional Volnays, from biodynamic farmed vineyards. This 2016 Les Aigrots displays an enticing nose of pears, stone fruits and lemon zest. On the palate, it’s a medium-bodied wine with great concentration and a strong vein of minerality.
