Bereche Le Cran Extra Brut 2015

Bérèche et Fils is a well-regarded grower champagne producer founded in 1847 and currently run by Raphaël and Vincent Bérèche. The Bérèche family is known for crafting exceptional champagnes with a focus on terroir expression and sustainable viticulture. `Le Cran 2015` is a special cuvée crafted from a selection of old-vine Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sourced from two Premier Cru vineyards, Les Hautes Plantes in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Les Longes Violes in Cumières. The 2015 vintage was characterized by a warm and dry growing season, which contributed to the development of concentrated and expressive fruit flavours in the grapes.
