Blankiet Paradise Hills Magnum 2016

Blankiet Paradise Hills is a 100% Cabernet Sauvignon-based Bordeaux blend which combines power and elegance in the classic `iron fist in a velvet glove` mould. Located in the foothills of the Mayacamas Mountains in a cooler part of the Napa Valley, Claude and Katherine Blankiet produce a range of wines from their Paradise Hills Vineyard. The longer ripening period offered by the east and south east-facing plots of this vineyard produce Bordeaux varieties with especially ripe tannins and deep colour, in addition to being deeply perfumed.
