Blood Oath is the concept of John Rempe, a student of Bourbon and science who seeks out rare, high-quality Bourbons to create unique, never-to-be-repeated blends and cask finishes. This third Blood Oath release marries the bold floral character of Kentucky rye Bourbon with the fruit and coffee notes of casks previously used to mature California Cabernet Sauvignon red wine. A toasty, complex and refreshingly different Bourbon.
