The prestigious Bonnes-Mares is one of the most fragmented grand cru vineyards in Burgundy, with circa 19 growers producing wines in this appellation. Amongst them is Domaine Dujac, which is based in Morey-Saint-Denis and owns a 0.59-hectare parcel here. This is their 1996 release, an exemplary vintage by anyone’s standards. Expect notes of dark fruits, violets, cinnamon and fresh mint.
