Domaine Hudelot-Noëllat covers approximately 10 hectares spread over 4 villages and 15 different appellations. Originally founded in 1962 by Alain Hudelot, today the estate is run by his talented grandson Charles van Canneyt, who also created a négociant business on the side. The Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a blend of 18 plots with different exposures. The wine is kept in oak barrels for 16 months and bottled unfiltered.
