Poggio Antico Brunello di Montalcino 1991 is a mature-vintage, full-bodied red wine produced from Sangiovese grapes in the Montalcino sub-region of Tuscany, central Italy. The vineyards of Poggio Antico rest on the highest hills of Montalcino, with the vineyard area spanning 35 hectares. This is a classic Brunello made with 100% Sangiovese and is matured for a minimum of two years in barrels followed by a further two years in bottle before release.
