Capreolus in an English producer of artisan spirits based in The Cotswolds. Led by former photojournalist Barney Wilczak, the micro-distillery built a solid reputation in a very short period of time, offering an impressive portfolio of high-quality eaux-de-vie. This expression has been made with Harry Masters Jersey cider apples and expertly matured in chestnut casks. Bottled at 46% ABV, it’s a full-bodied spirit, with a crisp mouthfeel and refreshing acidity.
