Based in the English countryside of the Cotswolds, Capreolus is a micro-distillery founded in 2016 by self-taught distiller and photographer Barney Wilczak. This particular vintage expression is made from hand-picked raspberries which are slowly fermented to retain all their original flavours. The result is a highly aromatic spirit, with pronounced floral notes and natural sweetness.
