Caroni Full Proof Ricky Dirty Harry Seeh is an age-statement heavy rum produced at the Caroni Distillery in Trinidad. This special release is the sixth release in independent bottler Velier`s Caroni Employees series, and honours Ricky `Dirty Harry` Seeharack, who worked at Caroni for 20 years. The blend was selected at the Demerara Distillers warehouses in 2019. Four casks of rum distilled in 1996 were chosen. These had fully matured in Trinidad.
