Cathartic Syrahcha 2020 is a full-bodied red wine produced from Syrah grapes in the Roussillon region of France. Cathar(tic) is a small wine project established by Richard Bray, a UK-based writer and winemaker who fell in love with the Roussillon region and its winemaking potential after several vintages making wine with Mas Cristine in Argelès-sur-Mer. Cathartic focuses on organic and sustainable practices in the vineyard, which often means minimal intervention in both the vineyard and the cellar.
