Cayuse En Chamberlin is a single-vineyard Syrah made by Burgundy-trained winemaker Christophe Baron in the Walla Walla Valley of Washington State. From a stony site which also produces the estate`s Widowmaker and Impulsivo cuvées, this full-bodied Syrah offers gamey black and blue fruits, along with notes of tobacco, baked earth and tapenade. A producer of cult single-vineyard wines since 1996, Cayuse Vineyards was the first winery in the Walla Walla Valley to fully implement biodynamic farming in its vineyards.
