Château Chasse-Spleen 1999 is a mature-vintage, medium-bodied red wine from the Moulis-en-Médoc appellation of Bordeaux. Château Chasse-Spleen is a renowned winery in the Moulis-en-Médoc, just west of Margaux, which has consistently held the reputation as the premier estate in this appellation. Acquired by Jacques Merlaut in 1976, it has been under the stewardship of his granddaughter, Céline Villars, since 2000. This 1999 is fully mature and ripe for drinking.
