Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc Cuvee A Tempo Pegau 2021

Pégau Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc Cuvée A Tempo 2021 is a full-bodied white wine produced in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation of the southern Rhône Valley. Domaine de Pegau is one of the finest producers of Châteauneuf-du-Pape and in the greatest vintages its wines will easily rank amongst the very best of the region. Cuvée A Tempo is made from a blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Clairette. All fruit is biodynamically farmed. This cuvée is conceived as having a "traditional Châteauneuf-du Pape wine making process with a touch of Burgundy style". The wine is vinified in concrete and sandstone eggs along with a single used oak barrel. Expect notes of ripe stone fruits, jasmine and tea, and a fleshy, concentrated palate with an intense mineral core.
