This is the third instalment of Christian Drouin’s Experimental series, a Pays d`Auge Calvados that was matured for 17 years followed by a six-month finishing period in French oak casks that previously held Hine Cognac. The resulting spirit is packed with notes of caramelized apples, dates, prunes and roasted nuts.
