Dominique Laurent is a boutique, high-quality négociant based in Nuits-Saint-Georges. From his very first vintage in 1988, the former pastry chef has specialised in handcrafted Burgundy made from very old vineyards which are tended by experienced local vignerons. This release comes from the prestigious Clos de la Roche, one of Morey-Saint-Denis` four Grand Cru vineyards. With two decades of bottle age, the wine has evolved beautifully. Expect nuances of dried herbs, earthiness, spices, and floral hints.
