Domaine Méo-Camuzet Clos de Vougeot 2002 is a full-bodied Burgundy red wine from the Grand Cru of Clos de Vougeot in the Côte de Nuits. Based in Vosne-Romanée and strongly influenced by the legendary Burgundy vigneron Henri Jayer, Méo-Camuzet is one of the most celebrated domaines in the Côte d’Or, producing Pinot Noirs of almost unparalleled elegant and finesse. " The colour is evolving nicely, though perhaps more youthful than the Engel version. Indeed this is classical Méo, plenty of oak which nonetheless does not subdue the fruit.
