Colore Bianco` originates from an ancient vineyard with a coastal view, where the interplay of wind, sun, and salt weathers the granite rocks, giving rise to sandy soils ideal for cultivating the Ansonica variety for centuries. After destemming and gentle pressing, the grapes undergo a low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 6-7 days. Following this, 70% of the wine is transferred to oak barriques, equally distributed among new, 1-year-old, and 2-years-old barrels, where it continues to age for another 10 days without temperature control.
