Managed by fourth-generation vigneron Nicolas Serette, this tiny domaine produces highly sought-after Cornas wines with exceptional ageing potential. This cuvée is sourced from the tiny lieu-dit of Patou on the granitic slopes of Cornas, which produces deeply coloured, spicy Syrah wines.
