Domaine de Ferrand Côtes du Rhône Mistral 2021 is a medium-bodied red wine from the southern Rhône Valley of France. `Mistral` refers to the local northern wind. This cuvée is made from young to 40-year-old organically farmed vines - predominantly Grenache, of which vigneron Philippe Bravay owns some of the oldest in the region - planted on sandy slopes between Châteauneuf and Orange. Philippe destems 10-50% of the grapes depending on the vintage. He vinifies and ages in concrete tank, with no racking or blending, and without sulphur until bottling.
