Château Ducru-Beaucaillou La Croix de Beaucaillou 2005 is a full-bodied Bordeaux red wine from the Second Growth St-Julien property of Château Ducru-Beaucaillou. Frequently referred to as a `super second`, Château Ducru-Beaucaillou has in recent years emerged as one of the most consistently excellent producers in Bordeaux. La Croix de Beaucaillou is the second wine of the property and offers a generous glimpse into what makes Ducru-Beaucaillou such a sought-after wine producer. Sweet black raspberry and black cherry fruit aromas soar from the glass of this open-knit seductress.
